2010 - 2011 STUDENT MATINEE SERIES

Matinees (Unless otherwise indicated) are approximately 1 hour in length

NO EXCEPTIONS: Payment is due 30 days prior to each performance.

To reserve seats please click in the box beside the matinee or workshop that you would like to attend and then indicate the number of paid students and chaperones that will attend. Enter the amount due, the number of free chaperones and the final total of people attending in the appropriate boxes. Then enter the number of study guides needed as well as the grade/s attending.

When we receive your registration form we will reserve space for your group and send you a confirmation letter.

Please submit copies to your billing department. All changes to your reservations and payments are due one month prior to the performance. Please read our Policies and Procedures below.

Changes: Schools may adjust number of tickets required 30 days prior to show. An increase is welcome, but subject to availability.

Tickets: You will not receive printed tickets. Your seats will be held as a group reservation.

Chaperones: We ask that chaperones be evenly spaced throughout your group and that they play an active role in encouraging appropriate theater behavior. A minimum of one chaperone for every 10 students is required. *One chaperone may attend free for every 10 paid student tickets. Additional tickets may be purchased to accommodate the chaperone requirements of your school.

Seating: Schools will be assigned sections of the theatre based on accessibility requirements, the date we receive your registration and size of group. We recommend that you arrive at the theatre one half hour before the performance. If you wish to be seated together, you must enter the theatre together as a group. We thank you in advance for your cooperation with our volunteer ushers.

Special Needs: The theatre bathrooms are wheelchair accessible. Integrated and dispersed accessible seating and hearing assistance devices are available. Please let us know about special needs and wheelchair accessibility as seating is limited, by filling out the accessibility portion of the registration form or contacting the theatre as soon as possible if special needs arise.

Inclement Weather: I f the event is presented as scheduled, we are contractually obligated to pay the performers and are therefore unable to offer refunds.

Adult Nametag Policy: For the security of all children attending these performances we ask that all adults affiliated with a school wear nametags identifying the adult's name and school name. Please provide nametags for all teachers, chaperones and bus drivers attending the show.

Buses: Buses may not load or unload from Main Street! This is a traffic and safety hazard. Buses may unload from Commercial Street alongside of theatre on in the parking lot behind the theatre. Please avoid blocking roadways.

POLICIES and PROCEDURES:

Registration: Please fill out  the form above and we will send a letter confirming receipt of your reservation. Individuals and small groups of fewer than 10 that do not require accessibility services may purchase tickets through The Colonial Box Office (603) 352-2033.

Payment: Full payment is due no later than 30 days prior to each performance. Please be prompt in submitting appropriate forms to those responsible for paying your bill. We cannot guarantee your reservation if the show is sold out and you have not paid by the deadline.

All School Shows are general admission. All payments are non-refundable.
